Amazing Grace: VISION and PROVISION

wRV5thWheelTMC has just seen the love and power of God in a glorious, faith-building, gotta-testify way! God speaks.  God casts the vision. And when He casts the vision, He also accomplishes it. God gets the glory!

Today as I write, I am seeing the undeniably supernatural connection between God-given vision and God-given provision.

The desire we placed before our TMC board at the end of July was that of placing a travel trailer onto an available RV pad in the neighborhood where we minister. We would use the trailer as a tutoring center, bible study space, and activity center for other outreach ideas we have in our hearts. It is no coincidence that the available RV pad also happens to be at the playground which TMC has been given permission to upgrade!

Without our knowing it, a friend and brother in Christ immediately cast the vision to his congregation. “You can’t catch fish without fishing!” he told us later. Here is some of what he wrote in the email asking if anyone could help with PROVISION for the VISION: “Can you imagine how that one trailer can help children learn? How that one trailer can serve as a space for teaching God’s word? Can you see how God has provided this ‘pad’ right at the playground of that park?… Contact me and I will put you in contact with John and Karen. To God be the glory!”

Yes, to God be the glory! God opened hearts, and within ten days of casting the vision, TMC was acting on the offer of a trailer. The trailer is more than we could have imagined! And because this precious couple who donated it said ‘yes!’ to the Spirit’s prompting, TMC will soon have a new space, the right place, to share life, love, and hope! We are on holy ground.

How many lives will be touched? How will God use that space and TMC to bring hope for despair, beauty for ashes, light for darkness? “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined the things that God has prepared for those who love Him.” 1 Cor. 2:9

Isn’t God good?! Provision for the vision! Say it, sing it, shout it! Yes, He is good!
